How can I change my account information?

First, login by entering your email address and password in the login box at the right of our homepage. If you don't have an account, click "Register" to create one. You can then change your account information by clicking on the My Account tab at the top of any page. Then click on the link that indicates the information you want to change.

How secure is my account information?

How do I get a copy of an invoice for my order?

First, login by entering your email address and password in the login box at the right of our homepage. Click on the 'My Account' tab on the top of the page. Then click on 'View Your Orders' and select the order number of the invoice you want to view or print. If you are logged in already, you can click here.

How do I view past orders?

You can look at the details of all past orders at any time. After you login, click on the 'My Account' tab on the top of the page. Then click on 'View Your Orders.' You will see all past orders listed by order number. Find the order number of the invoice you want to see, and click the "View Order" button next to it. If you are logged in already, you can click here.

I forgot my password. How do I get it?

Click here and enter your email address in the login box. (You can also find this page if you try to log in regularly, and leave the password blank.) Click on the button that says 'Forgot Password.' A message will appear reading: 'Your password has been emailed to you!' Within approximately ten minutes, your password will be e-mailed to you.

2 - Canceling an Order

Can I cancel an order?

Our focus on customer satisfaction means items are processed and shipped quickly! We actually process your order from our warehouse within hours, often within minutes. Consequently, orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

3 - Coupons

How do I use a coupon?

To use your coupon, simply enter the coupon code you have in the 'coupon' box during checkout, and click the "Click to Apply" button.  As long as it is a valid coupon, it will immediately show up in your order summary and be deducted from your total before you complete your order.

Coupons cannot be retroactively applied, and may only be used once per customer, unless otherwise noted. If a coupon requires a minimum order size, any returns that reduce the order total below that minimum void the coupon.

4 - Credit card transactions

Are credit card transactions on safe?

Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store.'s servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with any browser, so that only can read a customer's personal information. Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?

In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that your account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.

Would I ever see similar items at lower prices elsewhere? takes great care to ensure we provide quality products at great bargain prices. Our average markdown is over 25% percent below the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), or List Price.

On rare occasions, lower prices may be found at local retailers. These are usually limited-time offers sold below cost, created to entice you into the store to buy additional products at non-discounted prices. We regularly conduct price comparisons against other online stores and retailers and we always price our products so that they are less expensive when we can. When you shop online with us, you can be sure of great prices-across the board.

Would I ever find List Price lower at other stores?

The manufacturer establishes the List Price for each item. In principle, this provides a single point of comparison for all retailers. We update our records many times a month to ensure accurate List Prices but cannot be responsible for the information published by other retailers.

What is your policy on price changes?

All prices are subject to change without notice. In order to assure you have the lowest prices possible, we continually adjust pricing in response to changing costs, as well as changing competitor prices. However, we realize the need to be sensitive to previous purchases, and will offer you a coupon towards your next purchase when the price of the item you purchased has been reduced within 5 days of your order. 8 - Product availability

Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site? ships from 37 fully stocked warehouses across the U.S. Sometimes, the closest warehouse to your location may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. In this case, ships as much of the order as we can from the closest warehouse, and will then ship the rest from next closest warehouse with those items.

It is rare that an item is permanently out of stock, but due to manufacturer discontinuations, this can happen.

In any of these cases, we will either call you or notify you via e-mail if a portion of your order is on backorder, or if an item has been discontinued. We will always do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

12 - Shopping and Checkout

How do I order?

To order items, follow these steps:

  1. Once you have added items to your shopping cart, click on 'Checkout' from your shopping cart or the bottom of 'Cart Quickview' on the right of each page.
  2. If you're a new customer, click 'register' and fill in the information to open an account. If you already have an account, simply enter your e-mail address and password to login.
  3. Click 'checkout'. Choose your shipping address, or add a new one by clicking 'new'.
  4. Choose the credit card you want to use for the purchase, or add a new one by clicking 'new'.
  5. Next, you're shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (MD residents only) and shipping charges (if any). If any of the information is incorrect, you can go back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point. Click the 'Place Order' button to complete the order.
  6. Next, you're shown an 'Order Approved' page that you can print out for your records. This page has an order number that you can use if you need to contact us regarding your order. We will also confirm your order via e-mail within minutes, and will email a shipping confirmation the next business day.
